FORSAKEN — Prison Island Lore
No one remembers when the island stopped existing on maps.
Some say it was once a Soviet black-site prison built for the worst of the worst. Others claim it became a quarantine zone after the infection spread across Chernarus. Either way, the world abandoned it long ago.
The prisoners didn’t.
When the outbreak hit, guards sealed the island and disappeared overnight. Supplies stopped coming. Power failed. Order collapsed. Inmates, corrupt officers, smugglers, and the infected were trapped together behind rusted walls and razor wire.
Now the island is known only as Forsaken.
Every survivor wakes up the same way: cold, starving, and locked inside the remains of the open prison complex. The cells are broken, the yards are soaked in blood, and every building hides either supplies… or death.
But the prison isn’t the real nightmare.
Rumors spread of a military bunker hidden along the coast — a heavily fortified escape route leading toward the mainland city. Some say freedom waits on the other side. Others say the bunker was never meant to save anyone.
To reach it, survivors must fight through gangs of escaped convicts, rogue guards, infected prisoners, and desperate scavengers willing to kill for a can of food.
On Forsaken, trust is dangerous.
Alliances are temporary.
And escape is never guaranteed.
There is only one rule on Prison Island:
Get out… or become part of it forever.
